Colm was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He has been a US citizen for over 10 years now, but still delights in the fact that he was able to come and live in this great country.

Qualified as an attorney in the United Kingdom and New York, Colm is a member of the bar association of both the United Kingdom and New York. For 10 years, while he worked in New York for firms such as Simpson Thacher and Bartlett and Vedder Price, his specialty was commercial aircraft finance and leasing.

Moving to San Francisco in 2003, Colm made a change of direction sparked by his love of San Francisco neighborhoods and homes. He wanted to work with people, not corporations and to help his clients to achieve their dreams of finding a home where they can feel happy and secure with their loved ones.

After three years with Pacific Union, he broke away in 2008 to offer the same great Premier Service standards to his own clients, but this time with a rebate of half of his commission to each of his buyers. As you will see from the References tab, clients are delighted with the new service.
